Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Credit Appraisal & Analysis: Review customer applications, financial statements, and credit reports (CIBIL) to evaluate creditworthiness, especially for loans or credit extensions.
- Risk Management: Mitigate risks by establishing and enforcing company credit policies, monitoring portfolio quality, and conducting fraud detection
- Relationship Management: Liaise with sales teams, legal counsel, and customers to facilitate profitable selling while minimizing risk.
- Reporting: Prepare monthly MIS reports, analyze bad debt, and ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines.

Desired Candidate Profile:
- Education: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- Experience: 5+ years in banking, financial services, or credit management.
- Competencies: Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Relevant work experience in Credit underwriting, or Credit risk analysis.
- Candidates from banking and insurance background are preferable.
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications.
