Officer/Sr. Officer – Human Resources



Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
  • Responsible for lateral as well as volume hiring
  • Maintain candidate trackers with respect to sources and positions
  • Develop and update job descriptions post discussions with the line manager 
  • Prepare recruitment materials to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, job portals, recruitment consultants and employee referral
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, experience and aptitudes
  • Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the team with respect your territory/zone of recruitment
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Engage with the location admins/regional HR’s on frequent basis to understand the hiring progress, any possible road blocks with respect to a particular position/region
  • Con-call with the line managers on monthly basis to get an update on the manpower requirement pertaining to their locations

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Preferably an MBA 
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in recruitment 
  • Hands-on experience of working on job portals for sourcing 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
