It has come to the notice of the Company that unauthorized individuals or
organizations are falsely using the HDFC Sales Private Limited ("HSPL") Name/Logo in an attempt to
provide fake employment offers and soliciting transfer of money for procedural/agency fees and
fraudulently secure unlawful gain on behalf of HSPL and entities within HDFC Group of Companies.
HSPL shall not be responsible for the content of any such information nor shall it be liable for any
conclusion, loss or damage of any nature whatsoever suffered or may be suffered by any part or
members of the public arising from or as a result of reliance on or usage of any information from
portals, websites or e-mail domains which are not authorized by HSPL.
HSPL officials do not communicate via generic email addresses such as Hotmail, Yahoo. All
communications will always originate from a verifiable HSPL e-mail address (domains of @hdfcsales.co.in or @hdfcsales.com) and not from any free web
based email accounts.
HSPL and HSPL authorized recruitment agents/ agencies do not ask for payments from applicants at
any point in the recruitment process.
Individuals who are successful in gaining an offer of employment from HSPL, whether directly or
indirectly are always required to go through a formal recruitment process. During our
recruitment process, the candidate will, in general, meet in person with an HSPL employee or
representative for an interview before any formal offer is made.
Preparation of IT computations for all the salaried employees.
Ensuring that all the amendments related to the Income tax act.
Circulating Guidelines for investment declaration & submission.
Monitoring the verification of investment proofs.
Handling & resolving income tax related queries & default notice.
Yearly tax return (Annex I and Annex II)
Preparation of Part B Form 16 & merging with the Part A of Traces.
PAYROLL:
Exposure in handling the payroll management process
Providing inputs with respect to Payroll, attendance and resolving audit queries
Checking the salary register with payroll input, and calculating the arrears in case of salary revision.
Coordinate with accounts team for payment of monthly statutory challans
Maintain statutory tracer of payment and challans of pan India.
Taking care of minimum wages of pan India.

Candidate Skill & Eligibilty:
The candidate must be a graduate in any stream (commerce or management preferred)
Proficient with MS Excel and advanced excel
Must be aware of employee taxation norms and procedures
Must have handled the payroll and taxation for an employee strength of minimum 5000+
Able to perform in high pressure environment
Chartered Accountants with minimum one year of relevant taxation experience are also preferable
Good written & verbal communication
