Front Office Executive



Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  •  Handling calls through EPABX system & Front Desk
  • Travel Desk Management - Booking of hotels, flights and other transport facilities as and when required
  • End-to-end meeting arrangements PAN India (booking of meeting/conference rooms, staff co- ordination, arrangement of refreshments etc.)
  • Managing office boy & housekeeping staff of the Head Office
  • Single handedly managing end-to-end process for issuing visiting cards of employees PAN India
  • Preparing Purchase Orders and maintaining inventory records of Head Office
  • Providing admin support to set up new offices PAN India
  • Managing day-to-day couriers, stationary, outsourced facility management staff and checking monthly bills for the same PAN India
  • Distribution of birthday cards to employees PAN India on monthly basis
  • Managing queries and coordinating all admin related issues
  • Handling queries of Customers /Guests and guiding them accordingly
  • Inspection/Approval of purchase material by physical verification from vendors

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Only female candidates must apply for the role
  • Candidate must be a graduate from any stream
  • Should have minimum 2 - 4 years work experience in Front Office /Admin role
  • Candidate must be soft spoken and have a pleasing personality
  • Must have excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Must have the ability to multi-task 
  • Should have hands on experience of working on MS Excel
