Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Effectively report audit findings to management including on-going corrective / preventive actions and effectiveness of those actions put in to practice
- Conduct process audits of all internal departments to measure compliance against defined process and suggest good practices for the process audited
- Visit branches all over India to conduct audits and report findings to management
- Report non-compliance and deviations to management and assure safeguards for the same
- Test and report effectiveness of controls
- Co-ordinating with external auditors and ensure closure of open observations
- Conduct Information Technology audits and track open activities to be closed

Desired Candidate Profile:
- Inter CA candidate with minimum experience of 3 to 4 years
- Should have work experience in BFSI sector in Internal Audit team
- Good analytical, organizational, collaborative and communication skills are prerequisite for the role
- Should have expertise in using Microsoft excel and should have good presentation skills
- Should be willing to travel
