organizations are falsely using the HDFC Sales Private Limited ("HSPL") Name/Logo in an attempt to
provide fake employment offers and soliciting transfer of money for procedural/agency fees and
fraudulently secure unlawful gain on behalf of HSPL and entities within HDFC Group of Companies.
HSPL shall not be responsible for the content of any such information nor shall it be liable for any
conclusion, loss or damage of any nature whatsoever suffered or may be suffered by any part or
members of the public arising from or as a result of reliance on or usage of any information from
portals, websites or e-mail domains which are not authorized by HSPL.
HSPL officials do not communicate via generic email addresses such as Hotmail, Yahoo. All
communications will always originate from a verifiable HSPL e-mail address (domains of @hdfcsales.co.in or @hdfcsales.com) and not from any free web
based email accounts.
HSPL and HSPL authorized recruitment agents/ agencies do not ask for payments from applicants at
any point in the recruitment process.
Individuals who are successful in gaining an offer of employment from HSPL, whether directly or
indirectly are always required to go through a formal recruitment process. During our
recruitment process, the candidate will, in general, meet in person with an HSPL employee or
representative for an interview before any formal offer is made.

Credit meeting
- Achievement and shortcoming of last month's credit meeting with the Credit team
- All credit metrics to be reviewed
Lead Management System (LMS) strategy meeting
- Monthly strategy meeting with the LMS manager
Monthly meeting with L & D manager to ensure training has been imparted as per the training calendars
JD implementation of all down-line hierarchies
- Focus group discussions with all hierarchies on understanding and implementation of their JDs
- Understand the gaps in implementation and define action plans to fill up the gaps
Team Management and Development
Expansion of geography
- Responsible for identifying untapped market
Source Relationship management
- SM will maintain the SDB of all these sources in excel
- Visit each source at least once in a month to ensure HSPL relationship is maintained
Town Hall meetings
- Conduct Town hall for the location
- Minutes of the town hall should be recorded and shared with Reporting Manager
- Achievement and shortcoming of last town hall's
Market Intelligence
- Submission of market intelligent report to the management on a monthly basis
- Meet his counterparts from competition
Manage Product Mix
- Manage various product mix such as BT, REACH, Non Housing, small CF, land loan, self-construction loan
