Deputy Manager - Mortgage Sales

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Collate and report information on Market Performance, Knowledge, and Share of market
  • Strategy on Sources: Diversity, Deepening of relationship. Sources: Employer, Builder, Broker, Chartered Accountant, Architects, Contractors.
  • Strategy on segments: Self Employed Professional and Non Professional, Employed, Rent Discounting Market, Non Residential Premises, Home Equity Loans
  • Audit and monitor team size.
  • Achieving Targets of the Teams assigned to him and of the members
  • Responsible for ensuring NPE targets are met
  • Responsible for adhering to cost budgets
  • Responsible for processes, following them, changing them, auditing them
  • Ensures cross sales
  • Monitor the Team Managers DAR
  • Sort out infrastructure issues

Eligibility & Skills set:

 

  • Should be a Graduate (in any stream) with an inclination towards sales
  • Team managing experience is compulsory, minimum one year of team handling experience.
  • Should have 3 - 5 years of work experience
  • Prior experience of working in home loan department would be an added advantage
  • At least two years of team handling experience in financial industry
  • Good verbal & wirtten communication
  • Ability to work and perform under pressure and meet deadlines
