AM / DM - Product Manager (Mortgages)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Product Management 
• Manage new product launches and drive product communication across the organization.Improve existing product policies, processes, and portfolio performance.

Sales Enablement 
• Partner with L&D to design training programs, support sales teams with trackers and marketing initiatives, and drive campaigns/contests to improve productivity and business conversion.

Stakeholder Management 
• Collaborate with Product, Credit, Operations, and Sales teams, including HDFC Bank 
stakeholders, to drive business objectives and ensure seamless execution.

Business Analytics 
• Track mortgage business performance through MIS, dashboards, and analytical reports. Analyze market share trends and provide actionable insights to management.

Customer Experience 
• Resolve customer complaints and escalations within defined timelines while ensuring high service standards.  

Business Growth 
• Drive sales force transformation initiatives and support strategic projects aimed at improving efficiency, revenue, and overall business performance.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• MBA / PGDM or equivalent postgraduate qualification. 
• 5-8 years of experience in the mortgage, home loan, housing finance, or retail lending industry. 
• Strong understanding of mortgage products, credit processes, disbursement operations, and self-employed customer segments. 
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills. 
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in MIS reporting and business performance management. 
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. 
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive business initiatives independently.
