It has come to the notice of the Company that unauthorized individuals or organizations are falsely using the HDFC Sales Private Limited ("HSPL") Name/Logo in an attempt to provide fake employment offers and soliciting transfer of money for procedural/agency fees and fraudulently secure unlawful gain on behalf of HSPL and entities within HDFC Group of Companies. HSPL shall not be responsible for the content of any such information nor shall it be liable for any conclusion, loss or damage of any nature whatsoever suffered or may be suffered by any part or members of the public arising from or as a result of reliance on or usage of any information from portals, websites or e-mail domains which are not authorized by HSPL
HSPL officials do not communicate via generic email addresses such as Hotmail, Yahoo. All communications will always originate from a verifiable HSPL e-mail address (domains of @hdfcsales.co.in or @hdfcsales.com) and not from any free web based email accounts.
HSPL and HSPL authorized recruitment agents/ agencies do not ask for payments from applicants at any point in the recruitment process.
Individuals who are successful in gaining an offer of employment from HSPL, whether directly or indirectly are always required to go through a formal recruitment process. During our recruitment process, the candidate will, in general, meet in person with an HSPL employee or representative for an interview before any formal offer is made.
Interpretation of Credit Bureau Report, Assessment of Income, Analysis of Bank Statements, Assessing eligibility of hubs and service centers

Supervision and performance management of all team members
Supervision of all the activities done by Non-sales Staff / coordinators:
Sanctioning: - File processing by coordinator within the time, Customer Calling, Query resolving, File login at HDFC, Faster Sanction, Keeping a check on TAT for Login & Sanction., Checking the Quality of Calls to Customers & Processing by coordinators.
Disbursement: - Customer calling after Sanction of Case, Disbursement Follow-up with Customer & Sales force, and Technical Updation for Disbursement, Resolving Legal Queries, and Fixing of Disbursement, Keeping a Check on TAT of Legal Updation, Technical Updation, and Disbursement Fixing.
Project Approval Creation of Property No, Query Resolving, Builder Appointment, Project Approval, Keeping a Check on TAT of Project Approval.
LMS Timely Updation of Leads into LMS, Proper Follow-up on the next scheduled action date, Auditing of Leads, feedback & status.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Must be an MBA or CA (finance or banking background preferred)
Should have risk assessment skills along with vast experience in the field of underwriting
Hands on experience in self employed assessment.
Must have minimum 2 - 3 years of team handling experience
In depth understanding from sourcing to disbursement.
Effective communication skills (verbal & written)
At least 4 years of experience in the credit assessment field from home loan industry
Solution orientation and ability to work under strict deadlines
