Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • In depth understanding of all Financial Service products like Insurance (life & general), Mutual Funds, Deposits, NPS etc. and device strategies to enable sales for these products.
  • Create product awareness within the field sales team, assist in developing penetration strategies to garner larger market share.
  • Prepare presentations, analyse portfolio gaps and recommend appropriate actions for management decisions.
  • Driving various sales contests and R&R campaign designed at central & regional level pertaining to different financial service products.
  • Cross-functional coordination and frequent follow-ups with MIS, Legal & Compliance, IT, Employee Engagement, Sales Team (on field) to achieve overall business objectives.
  • Work with partners to create sales enablers & tools for the field sales.
  • Understanding and resolving the glitches faced by the partners and all internal as well as external stakeholders.
  • Keep a track of competition and share market comparisons for similar financial products
  • Submit product related reports both scheduled and ad-hoc as required by the management.

Candidate Skill & Eligibility:

  • The candidate must be an MBA or post graduate from any discipline, preferable would be Banking/Finance
  • Must have minimum 4 to 8 years of relevant work experience into financial product management
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work and deliver under pressure
  • Proficiency with excel
  • Willing to travel
