Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Releasing the offer letters, appointment letters and employment contracts

2. Employee Code generation, Email ids creation

3. Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends

4. Responsible for employee incentive calculation

5. Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question

6. Responsible for HR Payroll management & Salary disbursement coordination

7. Processing employee full and final at the time of exit

8. Handling the employee documentation process till on-boarding

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written) with an ability to listen & respond to employee queries
  • Ability to maintain highly confidential and sensitive information
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Business or Human Resource Management is required
  • 1-4 years experience in HR Operations
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and willingness to help others
  • Must have strong planning, coordination and organizational skills
