Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Sales Review meet
    • SSR strategy meeting
    • BSA strategy meeting
    • Hiring & Retention strategy
    • Geography mapping
    • Budgets and expense analysis 
    • Marketing Activities
  • Financial Services strategy meeting
  • Credit meeting
  • Lead Management System (LMS) strategy meeting
  • Monthly meeting with L & D manager to ensure training has been imparted as per the training calendars
  • Responsible for JD implementation of all down-line hierarchies
  • Team Management and Development
  • Expansion of geography 
  • Source Relationship management 
  • Town Hall meetings
  • Market Intelligence
  • HDFC related relationship with BD Team, BM and technical team
  • Manage Product Mix

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Should be an MBA or Post Graduate in Marketing / Finance with an inclination towards sales
  • Should have 10+ years work experience in BFSI sector
  • Should have at least 8 years work experience in team handling
  • Must have managerial experience
  • Prior experience of working in home loan department would be an added advantage
